Hon’ble Shivajirao Bhanudas Kardile, former MLA & Minister of State for Maharashtra , took inspiration from Bahujan Samaj and established Baneshwar Shikshan Sanstha in 1989.
Students from poor, hardworking Bahujan community in the taluka have to go far for education. Girls in particular found it impossible to go far for education. He believe that ‘Education is the key to change’. He recognizing the need of the hour and started to make the change.
Hon’ble Shivajirao Kardile started Baneshwar shikshan sanstha at Bunhannagar with the noble intention of educating the rural part.
In a short span of time, this educational institution has made a lot of progress. Today, the organization’s have Baneshwar Secondary and Higher Secondary School, Ujainimata Secondary School, Pimpalgaon Ujjaini, Baneshwar Ashram School, Baneshwar English Medium School, Baneshwar College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Baneshwar shikshan sashtra mahavidyalaya, Baneshwar Adhyapak vidyalaya etc. branches are working.
Baneshwar College of Arts, Commerce and Science was established in 2004. Thousands of students have been admitted in the college every year. With the help of expert faculty, library, equipped laboratory, magnificent building, wide playground and efficient staff, our college has attracted the attention of public in the area.
Today is the era of information technology. More job opportunities are available in this sector to graduate students. We Recognizing these steps of the times, the role of the organization is to ensure that students from rural and Bahujan communities do not lag behind in this competition.
That is why the college has given Hon. Under the guidance of the President, the organization has been conducting BSc (computer science), BBA(CA). We started a vocational course. We have also started classes in Chemistry, Physics and Botany. We are moving towards keeping in mind as students are narrator of nation.
